Natural outcomes

Our philosophy is to restore, not over-enhance. The result is a refreshed, balanced appearance that looks like you — only more confident and radiant.

Personalized treatment plans

Your journey begins with a comprehensive consultation. We take the time to understand your facial anatomy, aesthetic goals, and lifestyle factors — so your plan feels customized, comfortable, and sustainable.

Integrated wellness approach

Unlike standalone medspas, we connect facial aesthetics with functional medicine principles — addressing the underlying factors that influence skin health and aging for results that are both immediate and long-lasting.

Clinical evidence

According to a 2021 clinical study, injectable aesthetic treatments are associated with improvements in confidence, social well-being, and reductions in appearance-related distress. The benefits reach far beyond the surface — helping you feel more comfortable and empowered in daily life.

Every Axiva injectable is FDA-approved and administered by medically-trained clinicians.

Safety & candidacy

Safety, oversight & candidacy

We prioritize your health and safety at every step — and we won’t start treatment unless it’s right for you.

01Who administers treatment?

All facial injectables are performed by medical staff with advanced training in anatomy, safety, complication management, and corrective procedures — not unsupervised technicians.

02What are the possible side effects?

Potential side effects, including but not limited to mild swelling, redness, or bruising at the injection site, are generally mild and short-lived. Your clinician reviews all risks in detail during your consultation.

03Are results reversible?

Facial injectables are not permanent, which allows adjustments as your goals evolve. Dermal fillers are reversible if changes are ever needed.

04What downtime should I expect?

Injectables involve minimal downtime. The VI Peel® involves approximately 3–5 days of visible peeling, and SkinPen® microneedling brings 24–48 hours of mild, sunburn-like redness. Your provider gives specific aftercare guidance for each treatment, including a post-peel homecare kit and post-microneedling soothing gel.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

What is facial aesthetic treatment?

A non-surgical approach that uses FDA-approved injectables to soften wrinkles, restore volume, and enhance natural balance. At Axiva, these include tox injections, dermal fillers, biostimulators, chemical peels, and microneedling — all designed for subtle, natural-looking results.

What is a chemical peel?

A medical-grade exfoliation treatment that uses a carefully selected blend of acids to remove damaged outer layers of skin and stimulate renewal. At Axiva, we offer the VI Peel® — a multi-acid peel with a built-in anesthetic for comfort, custom-formulated to target hyperpigmentation, aging, acne, and uneven texture while delivering a brighter, more radiant complexion.

What is microneedling?

A non-surgical skin rejuvenation treatment that uses a medical-grade device to create controlled micro-injuries in the skin, triggering your body’s natural collagen and elastin production. We use SkinPen® — the world’s first FDA-cleared medical microneedling device — to remodel skin structure from underneath and improve texture, scarring, and signs of aging.

How long do facial aesthetics last?

Most treatments last several months to two years. Tox injections typically last 3–4 months, dermal fillers 6–12 months, and Sculptra® biostimulator results can last up to two years.

What is the difference between a neuromodulator and Botox®?

A neuromodulator is a category of injectable that temporarily relaxes overactive facial muscles. Botox® is one brand; others include Dysport®, Xeomin®, Jeuveau®, and Daxxify®. All are FDA-approved with similar results when performed by trained professionals.

What is the difference between biostimulators and dermal fillers?

Biostimulators like Sculptra® stimulate your body to rebuild collagen for gradual, long-lasting improvement. Dermal fillers such as Restylane® or Versa™ are gel-based injections that provide immediate volume and contouring. Both are safe, non-surgical treatments that work in different ways.

What are the side effects of aesthetic treatments?

Our clinicians are extensively trained in safety and complication management. Some potential side effects, including but not limited to mild swelling, redness, or bruising at the injection site, can occur. Our staff reviews all potential risks before you move forward.

How often should you get aesthetic treatments?

The frequency depends on the injectable used and your desired results. Many patients refresh tox injections every 3–4 months, dermal fillers once or twice a year, and Sculptra® sessions as part of a series with results lasting for two years. Your provider recommends a schedule based on your anatomy and goals.

How much do facial dermal fillers cost?

The cost of facial filler injections varies depending on the product, treatment area, and number of syringes needed. During your consultation, you’ll receive transparent pricing and a customized treatment plan that reflects your goals.
